Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority has come out with their defense after public uproar on the current hiked fuel prices from every part of this nation, including high-rank political leaders in this nation like ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi who even went on to provide solutions that they should review.
Their defense is not open to common people understanding after claiming that they should not be blamed revealing that the fuel cost is determined by an already predetermined formula enshrined in the law.
This may leave many Kenyans puzzled wondering what does the formula have to do with them, as their main concern is suspension and reduction of the current fuel prices that are seen to shock Kenyans to the extent that the motorist called on the government to act swiftly in dealing with this matter sighting that they will not accept the pricing, revealing that 'punda amechoka' and that enough is enough for government to continue oppressing the ' Wanjiku'.
