Former Mungiki Leader Maina Njenga Vows To Deal With DP Ruto

The former Mungiki leader who is now a reformed man Maina Njenga has vowed to deal with deputy president William Ruto's wheelbarrow politics in Mt Kenya region. Speaking during Raila's visit in Nyeri county, Maina Njenga said the people of Mt Kenya and the entire of Kenya do not need wheelbarrows.

" We don't want wheelbarrows here, we need Baba here to lead us to get our own cars, not being dragged behind," Njenga said. Njenga has now vowed to stop the further influence of Ruto and his wheelbarrow in the the region.

The former Mungiki leader delivered a special request to Raila Odinga after noticing how the ODM chief managed to pull a contingent of Kikuyu leaders in the meeting. A number of the Kikuyu influencers appeared in the meeting which made Njenga to urge Raila Odinga to organize for a similar meeting for the youth so as to listen to their demands.

" We as youths have our own demands and wishes. Please Baba organize for one meeting for the youths like this one," Njenga told Raila.
