Murathe Finally Reveals What President Uhuru Will Do If Azimio Loses The August 9 Polls

Jubilee party vice-chairman David Murathe has continued to support the Azimio One Kenya alliance. Presidential candidate Raila Odinga is always confident that the former Prime Minister will take over from where President Uhuru Kenyatta has left. However, reports published by reliable sources indicated that President Uhuru Kenyatta would not be joining the Azimio Campaign team because that is not his duty.

Sometimes earlier, President Kenyatta expressed his fears of leaving the country under the hands of his deputy William Ruto. Many Kenyans thought that he wouldn't hand power to William Ruto if he were in the August 9 polls. However, according to Murathe, President Uhuru will give power to the presidential candidate that wins.

If Azimio fails to win the August 9 elections, he said Uhuru would do what is lawfully required of him. When the election is complete, President Uhuru will hand over control to whoever wins." As Murathe stated severely, "He will gracefully hand over."
