The BBI report has sparked dozens of critics leaving most Kenyans confused on wether to support or reject. Speaking on live K24, John Badi stated that the BBI report was good. Badi said that BBI critics wanted other communities to gang up against the Mt Kenya by saying that they will benefit more.
According to John Badi he said and I quote, "I hear people complaining a lot that Kikuyus are benefitting a lot from the 70 constituencies, what is wrong with Kikuyus benefitting in this country if at all that benefit is justifiable. The seats have not been allocated arbitrarily." He asked.
Badi also spoke about bottom up economy politics and this is what he had to say, "Mbadi: I am a finance expert and I know that if you want a bottom up economy, take money to the grassroots and that be realistically achieved through devolution, you cannot live on the theory of giving people allowances, it is not sustainable."
