Kirinyaga governor Ann Mumbi Waiguru has claimed that neither Purity Ngirici nor Martha Karua is giving her sleepless nights as long as the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat is concerned. She made this claims during the NTV's 'Kigoda Chako' show hosted by Lofty Matambo.
Waiguru claimed that her performance during her first term as governor speaks for itself and is enough to guarantee her a win againast any opponent. Some of the major of the major projects she prides herself to have undertaken includes building and upgrading of hospitals and roads.
On the issue of her relationship with Uhuru, she stated that she they both share a respectable professional relationship. She acknowledged that Uhuru's government has aided her in financing various development projects in her county.
