In his recent posts on social media, Rashid Abdalla appears to be unhappy with the COVID-19 measures that were announced by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In his latest post on the internet, Rashid Abdalla hinted that radical changes are needed in the current government of Kenya.
He shared his message through a speech that was given by PLO Lumamba.
In the speech, PLO Lumamba claimed that Kenya needed radical changes similar to those that were brought to Tanzania by the late President John Magufuli Pombe.
Rashid went further to write a section of the speech in the caption area of the video.
“We need to Magulify Kenya”. Moja wapo ya kauli za mwanasheria PLO Lumumba wakati marehemu John Pombe Magufuli alikuwa madarakani," Rashid Abdalla's social media post read.
"Tofauti nchini 🇰🇪 itapatikana pale walio madarakani watajitahidi ili wananchi WAJIONE wakenya badala ya wananchi KUJIHISI ni wakenya," Rashid Abdalla noted.
Rashid's statement comes at a time that the majority of Kenyans are protesting against President Uhuru Kenyatta's move to lock down some of the counties and impose a countrywide curfew.
The President also ordered the closure of bars and other social places; a move that has greatly affected those in the entertainment sector especially musicians.
A number of top public figures have come out to demonstrate against the measures.
