Nelson Havi: The Only Weakness I Suffer From Is Speaking The Truth

Yesterday night on Citizen TV show, Nelson Havi, President of LSK had a lot in store for Kenyans.

He first responded to allegations levelled by a fellow panelist and lawyer Paul Mwangi, that the iniatitors of BBI popular initiative were Dennis Waweru and Junet Mohamed.

In his line of weakness of saying the truth, he touched several aspects that went round during BBI popularity.

He asks rhetorically, did Junet and Waweru spent more than 10 billion in their shallow pockets to facilitate the initiative?

Did they convince several leaders including the president to Sagana meeting?

Did they invite over 6000 guests at Bomas of Kenya?

Did they Initiate car grants to MCAs'?

He says, all these events that have happened is clearly from the government side and not from the pockets or minds of two individuals.

He says he agrees with Court ruling on the BBI, page by page and that it was entirely true that it was unconstitutional since the moment someone clinches to the top seat like presidency he/she ceases from being a normal citizen and as such you cannot initiate a popular initiative.

He says that it is highly unlikely that the Court of Appeal will change the ruling of the High Court not unless it is captured.

That there is no need for all these, why don't someone just prepare for elections instead of seeking power sharing deals citing example of ODM friends who are not prepared well enough.
