The 5 Million water project funded by the Ministry of Defence will have a 20,000 Litre capacity overhead galvanized steel water tank that will serve the primary school section, Community around the school and Mahanga Market. The MP sits in the Defence committee in Parliament and that where he draws networks to push for projects in his constituency.
As part of CSR, Kagesi's office is further engaging the Ministry of Defence to put up a modern ablution block for traders at Mahanga Market.
This comes berely a day after the MP launched the Chambiti water projects that is meant to serve the school and community around Chambiti and Chanda.
Kagesi has told the people of Vihiga to judge him on the basis of what he will have delivered to them in 2022 visa vis what he promised during his campaign manifesto.
