"BBI Was Dangerous" William Ruto Finally Responds To President Uhuru Kenyatta Take On BBI,

A few days ago,the court of appeal affirmed the High Court Ruling made in early May this year. The Court Of Appeal maintained that the consititution amendment is unconstitutional null and void. Besides this,the judges added that the IEBC do not have quoram to conduct its activities.

In an interview the president said that the building bridges Initiative had good things for the country, nowhere it mentioned of incumbent president remaining in power or creating position for the opposition principals. He went ahead and called upon those who are not satisfied with the government to step aside and give way to other to serve kenyans.

Despite the good things the BBI had,the deputy has maintained that BBI was dangerous to the country. That it would have brought back the imperial presidential system. That is good to thank God it failed. He said that,"if there was much more dangerous constitution change,it was the was going to roll back all the gains we had after fighting for almost 30 years against imperial presidency.It was going to install it in a very unpresendented way by controlling the legislature through MPs to cabinet and the judiciary through the ombudsman let us not lie to the people,BBI was dangerous to Kenya,thank God it failed."
