President William Samoei Ruto had the chance to put on the luo traditional attire and he was also given a spear and a bow which he was photographed while holding where he lifted the spear using his right hand and held the bow using his left hand.

The president also had on the luo traditional clothe made of an animals skin.
This was during the homecoming ceremony of the Information, Communication and the Digital Economy CS Eliud Owalo at his home in Asembo, Rarieda constituency.

He was accompanied by a number of leaders both local and nationally including Prime Cabinet Secretary Honourable Musalia Mudavadi and DP Rigathi Gachagua.
