After the fifth president of Kenya Dr. William Samoei Ruto launched the Hustler Fund as promised during his campaigns, Kenyans have taken the provision by storm since many have already registered and taken the loans which are being offered at a lower rate as compared to commercial loans from banks and Sacco's.
The funds have also seen a creative generation of memes and jokes that have filled the social media platforms. The jokes have also touched on the political bigwigs in Kenya in a serious and hilarious way.
One of the jokes of the day were given by former nominated senator Hon. Millicent Omanga who started that after taking the loan, the taste of vegetables have gone sour.
"After confirming my hustler funds limit, cabbages are now tasting like bitter herbs. Something good for Hustler Nation 🇰🇪. A government for the citizens," Hon. Millicent Omanga posted on Facebook.
Her post attracted a lot of reactions from her followers where she engaged them in the conversation in line with the hustler fund loan limits and access. One of her followers requested that Raila's loan limit should be checked and Hon. Omanga hilariously replied that it's "Null and Void" as shown below.
