Murang'a tycoon Jimmy Wanjigi has called on Kenyans to support his 2022 presidential bid. Jimmy Wanjigi after meeting Nairobi grassroots leaders.
Wanjigi said his desire to become the fifth president was borne out of sheer conviction to save the country from poor governance replete with politics of corruption and nepotism. Speaking in Nairobi after meeting grassroots political mobilisers back on Wednesday, August 18, Wanjigi said he would soon embark on a serious nationwide campaign to popularise his bid.
"The youth are the bedrock of the Kenyan economy and should be front and centre in political discussions. Wakati wetu umefika," he told the gathering largely.
In my opinion, the businessman should consider Eric Omondi, a well-known comedian, as a possible running companion. This comes after the African King of Comedy, supported Jimmy Wanjigi, with a new tagline, fagia wote.
The two are reportedly campaigning together ahead of the general elections. Jimmy Wanjigi has since gifted the comedian an expensive vehicle to unleash his manifestos to the people across the country.
Please express your thoughts about Eric Omondi's potential as a running mate. Is he capable and capable of doing so?
