Raila Reveals New Plan In Strongholds After Ruto Terrorized His Base Snatching Allies In Nyanza

Orange democratic party leader, hounerable Raila Odinga has come up with new plan on how to counter defection from his party. According to the standard, several people have been leaving the party with fear of poor nomination plans. Some have claimed of loosing out on Party ticket after some old gurds are favoured by Odinga. Well, it is now clear that Raila is working so hard towards making sure that his backyard remains strong ahead of 2022 general election.

He has endorsed a negotiation democracy in the party where some leaders are asked to step down for others who are strong. According to him, this will reduce numbers of people who will Leave the party after primaries. He cited a scenario where Migori County governor Obado who was a key ODM Allie now working with Ruto, was defeated in nomination but changed the party and won main election. Out of such kind of frustrations, he is now working with Ruto in Nyanza giving headache to Odinga who is considered area Kingpin.

In Siaya County, they successfully negotiated with Opiyo wandayi who eventually declared that he won't be vying for Siaya County governor seat but rather will retain his Ugunja parliamentary seat. There is pressure in Homabay which is threatening Unity in the party where Gladys Wanga is determined to Battle it out with John Mbadi and Kidero, who are all close allies of Orange democratic party leader. It is an headache on who to choose from the three.

The issue is not different in Mombasa County where several close allies of Odinga are planning to succeed Joho. This means that Raila will have to play it safe in order not to loose allies ahead of 2022 who might decamp to Ruto's camp.
