Wiper party seems to be settling for nothing less other than a position as a Deputy President for it's party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
Kalonzo entered into an agreement to support Raila Odinga as a Presidential Candidate for Azimio One Kenya alliance but it has been so open that Kalonzo is fighting for what may not come easy because the 'Mountain' takes the position Kalonzo wants to be a reservation for them if they are to support Raila's bid.
Deputy chairman Mutula Kilonzo jnr now says party leader Kalonzo Musyoka should be given the position of Raila Odinga's running mate in the Coalition for Unification.
Speaking after a meeting with local leaders in Wote, Mutula Jnr warned that the Union would be in trouble if Kalonzo was not given the post.
This is after Kalonzo agreed to support Odinga waving the Union flag in the next general election.
In addition, Mutula, who is also the Makueni County Senator, has called for the Union's name to be resolved.
Supporting Makueni MP Daniel Maanzo has warned some leaders in the Union against obstructing efforts to reform the law.
