Nakuru county senator Susan Kihika has broken her silence after Hon Junet Mohammed's controversial sentiments about Raila Odinga's presidency in 2022. According to Junet Mohammed, the government that will be formed by Raila Odinga in 2022 will be a Nyanza one and everybody will be going there as visitors.
Senator Susan Kihika while commenting on the careless Junet's sentiment has said it is the reason the mountain is amenable to a Raila Odinga presidency. Kihika said that the Junet being completely candid like this scares the people of Mt Mt Kenya.
"This kind of talk by his closet ally does not help. He should never come within a mile of the presidency," Kihika said in reference to Junet's statement.
The statement by Junet has however been highly criticised with reports indicating that retired prime minister Raila Odinga himself cautioned him against such reckless comments. The Tangatanga brigade celebrated saying it was making it impossible for Raila to penetrate the Mt Kenya region and giving DP Ruto an upper hand.
