The Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) soldiers on Wednesday, 7 April, led in the burial of a youthful and highly ranking officer who recently passed away.
The deceased according to the family, was Lieutenant rank and was also an engineer.
He was a Cadet Trainee at Kenya Military Academy (KMA) and formerly worked with Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU), Technical Team.
Journalist Abuga Makori also took to Twitter and shared pictures taken during the burial ceremony
"Our KDF team today gave a befitting send-off to 2nd Lieutenant Eng. Atuti Orechi who hails from Tombe, Kitutu Masaba. A young man who was in KMA, Lanet. He previously worked with @PDUDelivery," he captioned the photos.
The family said the youthful soldier was born in 1992 and passed away on 26 March 2021.
He has left behinf a wife, Winnie Maria (MKU) and son, Tiberius Junior (TJ) Atuti
