Wambugu opined that President Ruto has mastered how to balance the roles of running the Executive all the time, while at the same time making sure he knows what is happening in national and local politics
According to Wambugu, Uhuru did not have that style of leadership.
He has now opined that Ruto will be doing better than Uhuru. He noted that many Kenyans, especially those who love politics will enjoy that aspect from President Ruto
"One of the things those of us who love politics will enjoy during Ruto’s term in office to watching & learning from a politician-per-excellence as he balances the role of running the Executive full-time while keeping his pulse on national & local politics. (This is the one thing I am certain Ruto will do better than Uhuru). Watu wakae na notebooks karibu," he noted.
Wambugu made the remarks after President Ruto made an impromptu visit to the Parliament and had to join the MPs and even had lunch with them as they interacted like they were colleagues
