Mudavadi Says He Will Not Be Attending Azimo La Umoja Event

It is clear to everyone that tomorrow will be a big day for ODM leader Raila Odinga. It will be the day that he, together with invited delegates will launch the Azimio la Umoja bill which is meant to unite Kenyans. This is one of his political strategies to climb the top sit come 2022. The event will take place at Moi International Stadium, Kasarani.

The meeting will be attended by Jubilee and ODM leaders as Raila wants to show his unity with the President and leaders from the Mt. Kenya region.

Today, OKA principal Musalia Mudavadi has announced that he won't attend the event despite having received an invitation. The seasoned politician gave reason for making the bold decision.

" I have just received an official invitation to Azimio la Umoja Convention. As noted herein, the invitation was addressed in my capacity as ANC Party Leader and not OKA principal" he wrote. He went ahead to say that he won't be able to attend the occasion because of a personal engagement.
