
Several days ago, president William Ruto made 51 high profile appointments of persons whom he had nominated to serve in various departments in his ministry to work with the cabinet secretaries.
Today, various national assembly committees will be putting 10 nominees to test to determine their suitability to hold the positions they have been picked to hold.
Those to appear include James Muhati of the economic planning docket in the ministry of national treasury, Chris Kiptoo who will be vetted for the national treasury docket.
Others who will be vetted today are Julius Korir who will be interviewed for the cabinet affairs docket, Raymond Omollo of the interior and national administration docket, Aurellia Rono of the parliamentary affairs, Peter Tum of the medical services department and Joseph Mburu (health standards and professional management).

Also to be vetted are Philip Kello Harsame of the crop development department and Harry Kimutai of livestock development.
