Lockdown is a term that sound weird to most people and this is because it affects individuals both psychologically and economically.
Even if Kenya is experiencing the third phase of covud-19 pandemic, lockdown will not be a solution to the spread of this disease but instead what people should do is to observe strictly all measures and protocols given by the ministry of health.
Last lockdown we had really affected our country so much in terms of our economic growth, people lost jobs and other closed their businesses. This means that if we close our country again, we are going to experience more hardships in terms of our economic growth.
This is why some commodities are forced to shoot in terms of their prices in order to ensure that the government at least have something to manage the country.
It's high time that Kenyans adhere to health measures and protocols given in order to overcome this pandemic and at the same time trying to secure our economy as a country.
