According to this newspaper, it had Allegedly highlited the a warning that William Ruto had sent to Lawyer Martha for Criticizing the government during that time. According to Alai, the said lawyer in that newspaper is the current Chief Justice Nominee.
However, Observant Kenyans were quick to fault Robert Alai after noting a big Discripancy in the newspaper and concluded this is photoshop work. What kenyans observed was that this Alleged Standard newspaper is dated the year 1992. But on the bottom right side there is an advert from Laiser Hill Academy which was announcing the results for 1992.
Kenyans wondered how this could be possible and suspected a foul play in this. Martha Koome was on Tuesday announced as the nominee for the Chief Justice by the Judicial Service Commission following the conclusion of the interviews. She will now wait the approval of the parliament after president Uhuru Kenyatta submitted her name.
