Ledama revealed on Twitter how Health CS Susan Nakhumicha and PS Tum misled President Ruto about the recent KEMSA scandal. According to Ledama, when the Global Fund rejected the terms of KEMSA and decided to purchase KEMSA stores and distributes, the two allies misled President Ruto regarding the project.
As quoted by the media, his statement reads; "You were misled @WilliamsRuto by your CS Nakhumicha and your PS Tum on global fund malaria project. The truth is, Global Fund rejected @Kemsa_Kenya terms and decided to purchase then KEMSA stores and distribute. The CS admitting on National TV that’s she was meddling with the affairs of KEMSA procurement by directing the CEO on procurement technology should send a signal to you that there is a lot to be desired on her part. The truth will come out! Right now let’s focus on the cost of living,"
This came after Ruto ordered for the suspension of top officials following the KEMSA Scandal. What do you think? Share your views.
