Nakuru West Mp Samuel Arama has challenged Deputy President William Ruto to give answers over what happened in 2007/2008 post elections violence in Rift Valley region.

The lawmaker said Dp Ruto knows what transpired in Eldoret,Kericho,Nandi and Bomet counties that led to evictions and killings of non Kalenjin communities.

"We should not bury our head on the sun what took place in 2007.Several people were killed in Rift Valley.Ruto can't just convince some of us to elect him as next President,"said Arama

The Mp added that Ruto was not a Presidential aspirant at that time and now that he's vying for Presidency things may turn ugly.

Samuel Arama asked Dp Ruto and his brigade to approach Fred Matiang'i if he needs South Nyanza support.

"Those who are surrounding Ruto in the name of South Nyanza should be warned. The only way to get Gusii community support is through Fred Matiang'i."

The Jubilee lawmaker has been one of Deputy President William Ruto's fierce critics.
