The 2022 general elections have been the most watched elections in the history of Kenya. This is because the contestants were all strong and therefore not easy to tell who would win. Today marks the third day of the election as the IEBC continues to tally the results that are flowing in from different station across the country.
The tallying is almost complete according to a report by Chebukati on Thursday evening. According to results streaming on different media channels, the range between the two candidates is very small and no one can tell who will finish first. Both candidates have hit the 6 million mark but there are still more votes remaining.
The Azimio team has started to prepare the KICC where they plan to celebrate the victory of Raila Odinga as the fifth president of Kenya. According to a number of posts shared online by various supporters of Raila, the podium has already been furnished with chairs arranged. A red carpet was then added to the outside where Raila is expected to walk as he heads to the conference room.
According to results tallied by different media channels, Raila is leading while followed closely by Ruto. Do you think the celebrations organized by Azimio will take place? Share your opinion with us below. Follow the page for more news updates daily.
