Musalia Mudavadi stated that reduction of taxes and creating conducive business environment for all Kenyans is what the country needs. He further reinstated that DP Ruto's economy model of Bottom-Up is not practical as he told the Country's Second in Command to stop lying to Kenyans.
DP Ruto in his response rebuked Mudavadi whom he accuses of never sleeping hungry in his life or walking without shoes like majority of Kenyans therefore cannot relate the problems facing normal Kenyans. He further reinstated that the Bottom-Up economy model is meant to create employment opportunities for the "Hustlers" who will inturn pay taxes to the Government.
ANC Party Leader, Musalia Mudavadi is among the few politicians who come from privileged families. Mudavadi's father, Moses Mudamba Mudavadi was an influential Member of Parliament from Sabatia in the early post-independence years under former President, Daniel Moi.
