Huge Boost to UDA as Top Rift Valley Leader Makes U-turn, Endorses DP Ruto's Presidency

Kesses Member of Parliament Dr Swarup Mishra has finally reacted after the deputy president William Ruto asked his constituency residents not to vote him on an independent party ticket and vote the UDA candidate Julius Ruto. 

Mishra said that he has no grudge with the second in command and therefore urged netetizens to vote him and Ruto as the fifth of Kenya. He said that he is a man of honor and has good leadership skills that are needed in our country. 

 “Ruto is a good leader and I urge voters from Kesses to elect me as their MP and vote for Ruto as our fifth president. Ruto is a man of honor with leadership qualities that our country need,” he said. 

The lawmaker, however, did not reveal as to why he dumped United Democratic Alliance party though the DP had earlier on said that they turned against him after riding on his wave to win the 2017 elections. 

Among other leaders whom he was associated with in the region are Cherang’any MP Joshua Kutuny, Nandi Hills Alfred Keter, Moiben Sila Tiren and Alex Tolgos who is the Governor Elgeyo Marakwet.
