A sizable audience has gathered to see the manifesto's release, and Ruto is set to formally lay out his goals should he win the election, Mutahi Ngunyi a divisive political analyst in Kenya, has recently spoken out over the launch of the Ruto manifesto.
Ngunyi claimed that Ruto's manifesto was created by economics expert David Ndii while also criticizing it in a statement on social media. He added that individuals who were in close proximity to Ruto during the manifesto launch weren't hustlers.
