In response to Raila Odinga's spokesman Professor Makau Mutua's recent contentious statements that Raila Odinga would defeat William Ruto, the second-in-command of the republic of Kenya, in Rift Valley, Hon. David Ndii, the deputy president's economic advisor, hinted on his official twitter page.
Raila Odinga will receive more votes in the area during the general elections on August 9, according to earlier claims made by Professor Makau Mutua, who predicted that inhabitants of the Rift Valley would not support William Ruto in the presidential race on August 9.
