The race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta already started and at the moment, it is taking shape. Many top leaders who had already declared their interests in the top seat have been pulling out one by one while other leaders are joining the race.
Just recently, Kilifi county Governor Amason Kingi declared that he will not be going for the presidential seat this time round and for that reasons, he will be supporting Raila Odinga and again today, Kenyans were left talking after another presidential aspirant known as Kivutha Kibwana pulled out of the race.
According to reports, Kibwana endorsed Raila Odinga for the top seat justifying the anticipations of many Kenyans that the forthcoming general election will be a two horse race between Raila Odinga and William Ruto.
If more and more top leaders will continue joining Raila Odinga's Azimio La Umoja, then DP William Ruto may be doomed. It may end up being a one horse race instead of being a two horse race!
