Kenol-Marua dual carriage will be connecting the Northern transport corridor to the Lapsset corridor, and that the road is 84KM and will.cost not more than 15B.

Empowering small holder farmers to produce more is the core of the Food Security pillar of President Kenyatta's Big Four Agenda. Government has therefore continued to invest in irrigation projects in ASAL regions in the country to support farmers.

But the intention is also to decongest Nairobi city and to attract more investors into the region.

From Kirinyaga for instance to Nairobi, one takes about 2hours at most. With a dual carriage, time taken has been reduced to almost a half. This means someone can sleep in Kirinyaga , put up business in Kirinyaga and still work in Nairobi, after all how much time do you spend sitted in a traffic jam.

Previous administrations had issued 6M titles by the time Uhuru had taken over government in 2013 and has since issued more than 5M title deeds, where 2.5M have been issued in Mt. Kenya.

Title deed in itself is an instrument of economic independence and is one of the requirements for a holder to access a facilitate in a financial institutions.

With the ongoing road infrastructure in the region, parcel holders will aid government in achieving affordable housing under the PPP arrangement as they posses capacity and goodwill a move that will rapidly grow the region and decongest the cities.

Government's responsibility is to ensure citizens are given equal Opportunities to explore their potential by timely delivering formal services and availing infrastructure that complement such services also know as soft infrastructures.
