
Controversial Political Parties Amendment Bill Passed By Senate.
The Senate has passed the controversial Political Parties Amendment Bill of 2021 and this was after they debated the Bill on Wednesday and it will now be presented to the President by the speakers Justin Muturi and Kenneth Lusaka for ascent.
The Bill was approved without any amendments to it by the Senate as the Justice Legal Affair's And Human Rights Committee has recommended that it he passed without any amendments.
The Bill once signed, it will be made a law and will take effect before the 9th August general election's unless it's challenged in a court of law.
