The former prime minister stormed the offices after former Interior and coordination of national government cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiangi stayed longer when he showed up for the summon.

However, the former prime minister was not allowed in as security officers blocked the gate, he was seen engaging them as he shouted demanding that he be allowed in since that is a public office, however, he was not allowed in and left.

Shortly after leaving, the former Cabinet Secretary was released as he wait to be charged in court over conspiracy to commit felony and false publication.

Reacting to this, Professor Mutahi Ngunyi has advised President Wiliam Ruto to learn how he can handle Raila since he is just giving him political milage.

According to Ngunyi, the former prime minister could have been alliwed in and given a good treatment as blicking him only made him more relevant. He noted that the President should stop pushing Raila to the limit and look for a better way of handling him.

He wondered whether the head of State fully understands Raila and knows how to handle him.

"Dear Ruto, are you sure you know how to handle Raila Odinga? fuel is up, but you are giving him political fuel for free." The former president Uhuru Kenyatta's technical adviser posted on his official social media pages.

"Do not push his Limits. Use lollypop diplomacy, open DCI gates. Give him some Whisky in a private waiting room, be friendly. And the Oomph will dissappear" He added.
