Just In: Raila Odinga Meets Western Leaders Ahead Of His Four Days Visit To The Region.

Western region has for several time have supported the former prime minister Raila Odinga . However, the region seems to change the song since the former vice president Hon. Musalia Mudavadi and the Bungoma senator Hon. Moses Wetangula decided to part ways with him and currently are supporting the current deputy president William Ruto.

The former prime minister Raila Odinga is expected to lead Azimio la Umoja rallies in western region from tomorrow Friday to Monday in order to ask the voters to support his fifth attempt to vie as the presidency.

The meeting comprises the leaders from western region who supports the Azimio la Umoja. Those who attended the meeting include the Kakamega governor who is also the ODM deputy party leader Hon. Wycliffe Oparanya, former presidential aspirant Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi, Kakamega women representative Hon. Elsie Mukhanda, Matungu member of parliament Oscar Peter Nabulindo, Butere member of parliament Hon. Tindi Mwale among other western leaders.

The former prime minister Raila Odinga is expected to start his four days visit to western region. Raila is expected tomorrow to hold his Azimio rally in Teso North and South 25/3/2022 then the two days in Kakamega county then Bungoma on 28/3/2022 this is according to the invitation statement shared to the media.
