This comes a day after governor from Western Kenya net with MCA's in no a move to lobby then to support the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
Through his official Facebook page Khalwale said if there will be no revival of sugar industry in BBI they will voted No at the referrendum
"Yesterday, self proclaimed kingpins rallied Kakamega/Bungoma/Trans Nzoia/Busia/Vihiga MCAs to vote for BBI in their Assemblies. It ended in confusion as MCAs started chanting "NO CAR GRANTS, NO TO BBI" We say "No revival of sugar industry in BBI, NO at the referrendum," said Khalwale.
Khalwale is a staunch supporter of the deputy president William Ruto 2022 presidential bid.
