Raila's match to the state house is unstoppable, this is according to Laikipia governor Nderitu Murithi, according to a local publication the Star, the governor revealed that they are out to sell Raila in the mount Kenya region until he clinches the presidency.
He revealed that they will undo all the efforts Ruto has made in the region since he embarked on his campaigns immediately after the last general elections.
He noted that they have only campaigned for weeks and the response is very positive and that it is the reason why Raila has been recieving warm welcoming in the region.
The publication has also reported that Raila's tour of the Mount Kenya region has sent fears in Ruto's camp which never expected him to conduct successful rallies in the region.
On the other side, President Uhuru Kenyatta has also given an instruction to his Mount Kenya region allies to take Raila around the region as he prepares him for the country's top seat.
All these latest developments are boosting Raila's chances of succeeding president Uhuru as he has never gotten support of the Mount Kenya region.
