Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has been invited to join the Azimio La Umoja movement by Governor Charity Ngilu so that he can build the next government with Raila Odinga.
Charity Ngilu is a prominent figure in the Azimio La Umoja movement, which is linked to Raila Odinga. She has stated that if Raila Odinga joins them, Kalonzo Musyoka will be his running mate.
"I urge my brother Kalonzo Musyoka to join us in Azimio Umoja, where he will establish the next administration with Raila Odinga. He simply cannot afford to stay out of politics for another five years. He will have been out of government for 15 years at that point. Our people must be seated at the head of the table ".. Governor Charity Ngilu penned a letter.
Kalonzo Musyoka, in my opinion, should not be forced to support Azimio La Umoja if he does not want to. However, for the present, Azimio La Umoja appears to be the only root that is available to him.
It's now up to him to decide whether or not to join Raila Odinga or go to the voting box in the coming months.
