In a report via the Star, Mr. Murathe and who has thrived as a major critic of the Second in Command has informed that if DP Ruto feels a section of Members of the Cabinet have become a threat to his peace within the Jubilee government, then he is free to quit.
Mr. Murathe has said that they hold DP Ruto no captive and that if the Cabinet cannot excuse him then he should excuse himself then.
"If he feels he has members of the cabinet who are a threat to his personality, then he cannot sit with them. If they can't take a walk, then he should take a walk," Murathe has said as quoted by the Star.
The Jubilee Vice Chairman's statements are in support of Alego Usonga Member of Parliament Hon Samuel Atandi who has also taken a swipe on the Second in Command to resign instead of criticizing a government that he was a key player when forming.
MP Atandi while speaking in an interview with Citizen TV has poked holes on the Second in Command informing him of failing to put down his tools even despite being informed he has no role in Jubilee Administration.
"The DP has refused to leave government... he should do what Jaramogi Oginga Odinga did when he decided to leave government," Atandi said.
