The Senate House are expected tomorrow to debate on the political parties amendment bill that seeks to push political parties to form coalitions six months before the general election.
Cherargei while delivering bad news to handshake partners and leaders, he said that they will floored the bill tomorrow since they have numbers.
The report was tabled by Senate Justice legal affairs and Human rights body for the legislatures to debate and later passed it.
"The senate Justice legal affairs & Human rights has TABLED its report on the Political Parties ammendments Bill NO.56 2021 without any ammendments. We have numbers to shoot down in the senate of kenya this illegal law. Personally , I have tabled a raft of ammendments to ensure PROTECTION of rule of law, democracy and constitution OF kenya.Kesho itakuwa lit pale seneti," Cherargei said.
He also added that he has tabled a raft of amendments before the Senate House to ensure protection of rule of law, democracy and Constitution of Kenya.
