A new party has today gone into the books of history in Kemya afyer acquiring full registration to begin full operations ahead of 2022 general election.
The Kenya Union Party(KUP) has acquired full registration to take part in next year's general election slated for August 2022.
In a message posted by its allies and read;"Breaking News!Kenya Union Party is officially a registered political party in Kenya.
The registration of the outfit is expected be in a special Kenya Gazette to be released today. The party symbol is above and the slogan is UMOJA WETU"
In the recent days, Prof Lonyangapuo and Hon Pkosing have been going around popularising the new party after both bolted out of their earlier parties KANU and Jubilee respectively to form a new outfit as they gear ro defend their seats in 2022. The two who were once bitter rivals but now turned allies have vowed to popularise what they call homegrown party to rival other parties in the next general election.
