Murathe is clear the president just realized William Ruto was not the person he could worm with. Murathe is also firm the ministries that were headed by DP Ruto's team were all corrupt and nothing was running smoothly as they all were lead by people from his community.
Murathe is clear DP Ruto had held Uhuru Kenyatta by the throat hence there was no way they would remain together with the president held captive. Murathe has accused William Ruto of poor record and appointing corrupt people in government to his own advantage as well only from his own tribe.
However Murathe has been challenged by head of William Ruto's communication team to explain of why Uhuru never dumped Ruto after the first term. Tallam is clear those are excuses for Uhuru must have done that in the first term if not comfortable with his deputy track record.
