All Smiles For David Murathe & Jeremiah Kioni After This New Court Order On Jubilee Party

The expulsion of former MP for the Ndaragwa Constituency, Honorable Jeremiah Kioni, was suspended by the court on Friday.

The court overturned Kanini Kega and Sabina Chege's expulsion of Jeremiah Kioni, dealing a severe blow to those who claimed to be the actual party leaders.

David Murathe, vice chair of the Jubilee party, is also favored in the recent court decision after obtaining an order preventing his expulsion from the party.

On the grounds of sloppiness and misconduct, they had been kicked out of the party in February, according to Nelson Dzuya, the chair.The choice was decided following a meeting of the Parliamentary Group in Nakuru.

At the Jubilee party's National Delegates Convention, presided over by His Excellency the former Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta, the Kanini Kega group was also ousted at the time.

Already, William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza died has vowed to sabotage the Jubilee party's operations if Raila Odinga's Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance does not stop meddling in its affairs.
