The president and the entire Odm leadership decision is put in a test as they are on a move to appeal the high court ruling on BBI Process. They are very sure that if it fail to go through there will be a serious problem that is likely to cost them alot and therefore they expect do all what it takes to take day.
But the court of ruling can take any sides and have a serious impact of side they will take. For instance if the court will claim that BBI was a legal process then pro BBI team will triumph and it will clean the name of the president who his highly blamed for violation of constitution.
But if the court of appeal will uphold the decision of the high court then there will be a dramatic turn of events as president critics will take advantage of the situation any kenyan can take him in court and he if found guilty he will be imprisoned and lose his as the president.
On other hand Raila Odinga who was his partner in the BBI process is likely to face the wrath of his critics for being involved in illegal process. People will attack him on basis of failing to follow advice from his ally like James Orengo who has been helping him in legal matters for several years. It's should be remembered that Orengo and Otiende were severely attacked when they outlined some weekness in the process. This might ruin Odinga's only remaining hope of ever becoming a president of Kenya.
