Ruto repeated that his "bottom-up" financial philosophy, is to lift the jobless without disclaim.

Deputy President William Ruto has formulated a guarded approach in his church politics as he takes his ‘Bottom-Up’ Economic Development Model to the pulpit as his three-day tour of the Gusii land begins.

While tending to devotees during a church administration at the Deliverance Church International in Kisii town, Ruto repeated that his bottom-up financial philosophy, which has been broadly gone against by his adversary legislators, was only a method of lifting the jobless without abandoning anybody.

"He raises the poor out of the residue and causes them to sit with the lords and sovereigns," he cited a Bible section from Psalms 113:7-8 after which he gave Sh1 million and swore one more million from the returns of his chicken deal.

Regardless of the DP proceeding with his politicking on the church's platform, he was mindful so as not to go too far to the extend of too much politics though political.
