Fake DP Ruto ASSASSINATION Letter, Denis Itumbi to be Judged on September.
Denis Itumbi is the former State House Director of Digital Communication, who is controversial when it comes to matters on politics. Of recent he is a dire political enermy of Dp William Ruto. As a prominent and renown blogger he is fond writting and , criticizing the entire "Tangatanga" crew. Last year he was alligned in court for posting in his social media accounts, a fake document with allegations of a plot to assassinate His Excellence deputy president William Ruto.
The Milimani Law Court Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuki is scheduled on 25 September 2021 to decide whether Itumbi alongside with a political strategist Samuel Gatheri have a case to answer or not. The two published a fake document with serious matters of national security concern. This was also in contrary to Section 66(1) of the Penal Code.
According to the charge sheet the published the latter dated on 30 May 2019 with intention to cause anxiety to general public.
The digital boy, Itumbi is also judged separately for alterations of his phones' program against Section 84 of Kenya's Information and communication Act.
The two will be eagerly waiting for the day so as to defend themselves against those serious accusations.
