Honorable Gladys Jepkirui Boss Shollei is the incumbent Women Representative of Uasin Gishu county, Rift Valley Province, Kenya. She assumed the office on 31st August 2017.
She is one of the powerful female politicians in Kenya. There are about 75 women representatives who serve in the National Assembly of Kenya. As women representative, her main role is to promote interest of women and girls in her county as well as Kenya in general. She is charged with the mandate of enhancing education of women. She also has the authority to empower women by providing necessary funds to help women who comes from low economic background.
