The Referee Will Stop Being A Player In Our Elections, Junet Says Over IEBC Loss of Laptops

The recent revelation by the chief executive officer of IEBC over loss of election equipements has opened a new conversation in the political arena. Marjan has revealed that nine hundred and fifty two laptops with election data were stolen a few weeks to the general elections in Kisumu where they have never been traced again.

Junet Mohammed has reacted to this revelations claiming that time has come for the commission to act hon partisan in elections. He was keen to note that they will one day pay the price of this which will be very costly as Kenyans may demonstrate until reforms are effected.

He has highlighted that transparency in the recently concluded general elections is in doubt and audit of the remaining machines should immediately be effected.
