Wangui Ngirici has been dominating headlines in the country for a period of time now. That is because of the wrangles she has been having with Govenor Anne Waiguru in Kirinyaga county.
All those wrangles have been causing plenty of speculations that Wangui Ngirici may end up leaving Deputy President William Ruto's camp but on her side, Ngirici has always maintained that she is in Ruto's linked UDA camp to stay.
Today, all the focus has been in Karen where DP William Ruto received Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi in his camp. It was unexpected move that caught many Kenyans by surprise and in the midst of all that, Wangui Ngirici made a big announcement.
Through her official twitter account, Ngirici announced that she presided over mass registration of Boda Boda riders who shall undergo training through their collaboration with NTSA and NYS. She went on to say that those riders will be issued with Smart Driving Licenses.
"Ongoing mass registration for the Bodaboda riders at Kerugoya stadium who shall be undergoing training through our collaboration with NTSA and NYS to have them issued with Smart Driving Licenses this coming Friday." Tweeted Wangui Ngirici.
