The Nakuru county Chief had on Monday through a social media post blasted the second in command accusing him of not having the best interest of Mt Kenya region.
According to Kinyanjui DP Ruto led an onslaught against Building Bridges Initiative BBI and the One Man One Shilling revenue sharing formula which both favoured Mt Kenya region.
Waiguru has jumped to respond telling the governor things will not be usual as it has been in the past.
She said DP Ruto's bottom-up economic was making sense and reasonated well with Mt Kenya residents and was the reason they will vote him with their heads and hearts.
"While I agree that Mt Kenya wants a leader who will represent their interests- it’s definitely not in the traditional sense.………This time, they will vote with both their heads & hearts; A message they understand and a messenger they feel! @WilliamsRuto," Waiguru responded.
