In his statement, he has criticised the governor for failing to allow the completion of a number of projects that had already been budgeted for.
"Mimi namwambia Governor wetu Kiptis. There are things are not right in your house and we can not keep silent when things are going the wrong way. I want to say three things which in my opinion are very crucial and you need to rectify Governor. Ya kwanza stalled projects, delayed projects."
He has threatened the governor to raise an impeachment motion should the projects remain pending.
"Wananchi walifanya public participation, pesa ilishaekwa. Iko mambo ya department, procurement but now we are in April. We only have two months, hii financial year ifungwe na projects ziende rollover. Utaambia wananchi nini projects zikienda rollover. What's the problem? Kwanini projects inakaa kwa department for six months."
He added that, "We will not allow projects to go to rollover. I am ready kuandika zile masignatures ya impeachment ya Governor."
