It all began with his declaration in 2018 that Ruto was not going to succeed Uhuru, he went further and resigned from his position only to emerge again revealing Uhuru had failed to accept his resignation letter.
His influence has been growing in the ruling Jubilee party and many have speculated that he could be Uhuru's spokesperson.
This has been due to the fact that most of his declaration in the Jubilee party has always come to pass.
Known to be a fierce critic of the second in command, David Murathe has now come up with fresh allegations on how DP Ruto and his allies are planning to stop the Building Bridges Initiative.
Speaking to the Nation, Murathe has revealed that Ruto and his allies are the ones pushing for the amendment of the BBI document with hidden malicious intentions.
According to Murathe, if parliament is allowed to amend the Initiative as Ruto and his allies have been proposing then that will be the end of BBI since it will no longer be a popular initiative.
This will make the bill forces numerous legal issues that could finally put a halt to the looming Referendum.
